If you're interested in becoming a head coach, assistant coach, team mom or dad or just volunteering to help out for the upcoming season, please let us know. We are always looking for parents or volunteers who may be interested in participating in our program. Volunteer to coach or become an assistant for one of our Flag Football Teams!  We need head coaches who understand the principals of football and have experience teaching basic physical skills to young players. Assistant coaches just need a basic knowledge of the game, a willingness to learn, and the patience and understanding required to work with kids. A team mom or dad is someone who will work with the coaching staff and the kids to help things run smoothly. They will make sure all the players know about practices and games, hand out information from the league, help the kids with their belts and jerseys, make sure all the players have their mouth guard, and help with any other tasks in which they can offer their assistance. Our philosophy includes participation by all players, so coaches must be able to make each player feel he or she is an important part of the team. In addition, our coaches must adhere to NFL Flag guidelines;  no verbal or physical abuse of players, and no extensive practices. Our coaches and volunteers are an integral part of the success of our program.
